Wish Lantern Guarantee And Returns Policy
We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a refund provided it is in a resalable condition – we charge a £5 processing fee for returned items and we do not refund the cost of postage and packaging that you have paid.
We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that are defective within the first year. When returning a product, please contact us to confirm exact details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the fault is proved to be with the product, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
Wish Lantern Delivery Policy
We deliver all goods by next working day courier or by Royal Mail First Class. Orders of 10 wish lanterns and under are dispatched by Royal Mail, those over this amount are dispatched with DHL. All orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched the same day. We do not charge your card until the date of despatch – although Google may initiate a charge earlier dependent on its security procedures.
Please ensure there will be someone to sign for your delivery – DHL will make 3 delivery attempts on consecutive week days to a home address and 1 attempt to a work address. If there is no one to receive these they will return the item to us and you will be liable to pay subsequent redelivery charge of £6.50 before we can resend your order out to you. If you are unable to to be in to receive your order you can leave a signed and dated note on your door instructing the driver to leave the parcel somewhere on the property, or with a neighbour.
If your order has been delivered by Royal Mail, and a card has been left for you to collect the parcel from your local post office, please do so within the stated time, or again, you will be liable to pay redelivery costs equivalent to the delivery cost from your original item if the item is returned to us.
We can deliver to countries within Europe only, but do not deliver to countries outside of the EU. International orders can not be made through the website – please email us before ordering with details of the products that you would like to order and your delivery address and contact telephone number, and we will send you a Google Invoice for the total cost of the order.
