<p>Your back is sure to be on display in your wedding dress so try this back-shaping workout to get it looking gorgeous! So, here we go &#8211; grasp a dumbbell with palm facing in. Rest opposite elbow on opposite leg, try to create a flat back and keep upper body steady.</p>
<p>Pull the dumbbell up as high as possible, keeping your elbow back &amp; ensuring that the upper arm travels away from your torso a little. Lower dumbbell back down until arm is straight, but elbow does not lock, to complete one rep. You should aim to do 20 reps.</p>
<p>Your legs are also something you&#8217;ll want to tone up before the big day &#8211; try this squat excercise out for perfect pins. Begin this exercise by standing with your feet wider than shoulder width apart and your toes pointed forward. Slowly lower your body and remember to bend slightly at your hips.</p>
<p>Keep your weight back on your heels and your back as upright as possible. Make sure your knees don’t cross the plane of your toes. Straighten legs and come up to the starting position to complete one rep. Try and do five minutes of squats in sets of four.</p>
<p>Try to keep active, do lots of walking and try out some yoga which should help with the pre-wedding nerves and stress.</p>
